• An energy efficient gas furnace with a Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) rating of up to a 96.7 percent, exceeds the government’s minimum AFUE rating for furnaces and boilers by nearly 20 percent, and could save you up to 40 percent on energy consumption and, in turn, lowering your energy bills
